I started this business doing what I've always done: measuring careful, installing right, and being straight with people about what they actually need. Most of my work comes from homeowners replacing old windows and doors, and most of those homeowners found me the same way, through someone I'd already done work for. You don't need to become a window expert to deal with me. That's my job. Tell me about your house and your budget, and I'll spec what makes sense for it.
Winters up here are hard on a house, and the wrong window shows you exactly where the money's leaking out. I carry products built for cold climates, with glass options made to hold heat in through a northern winter. Because I supply and install under one roof, there's no finger-pointing between a salesman and an installer if something's off. It's one name on the job and one person accountable for it: mine.
